Confirmation of Booking :
Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the reservations form, making sure that you give us your e-mail address and sending it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will reply within 24 hours.
If you have big luggages, please book a van instead of car. It is very IMPORTANT for you to get the emergency call numbers from our reservation staff when you settle the payment. Our reservation will give you the telephone numbers in case you can't find the driver at airport. If you don't get any reply from our reservation, Please contact reservation staff by email or call + 0066 85 922 1271.
Payment Policy and method:
(1) "Payment on meeting" You can make payment directly to our driver by cash (Thai Baht)
on meeting at the hotel/airport.
(2) "Online Pre-Payment" We accept payment by credit card (VISA & Master Card).
a secured online payment site will be included in email confirmation.
Cancellation & Amendment policy:
- Any cancellation or amendment of transportation should be received at least
3 working days
prior to service date
- If notification of cancellation is less than 3 working days
(not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or in case of
no-show, a cancellation fee of 50% of transportation cost plus bank fee 5 % (if pay by credit card).
Remark
- Prices (Thai Baht) are valid in either direction and are for 1 vehicle.
- Booking should be made at least 7 days in advance.
- Bookings within 1 days or less not accepted. |
